Only you can decide that. The meal-plan grocery list is broken up into must-haves and optional ingredients. When putting in my own grocery order for the meal-plan, I included all the must-haves and a few of the optional ingredients, and it costed me ~$120.
Your mileage may vary depending on the grocery store, food preferences, and location. You also do not need to do this all at once and it's possible to take it day-by-day as you have the means.
You also could very likely safe money if you narrowed down your meal options and included more repeats. The no-repeat aspect drastically increases the price. So you might select your favorite meals and stockpile ingredients for them.
This meal-plan is gluten-free and oat-free. It includes non-dairy and vegan swaps.
However, if you have other dietary restrictions, it is up to you to adjust the meal-plan to accommodate that. Please note, this meal-plan includes some form of nuts and/or peanuts every day. It also included corn products.
Shelf-stable items in the meal-plan can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, and I make note of what ingredients need rotated when on the grocery list. Better safe than stranded without safe food.
